Full Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter: Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited, Pemberton House, Bakers Road Uxbridge, UB8 1EZ. Please do not send correspondence to this address.
  2. The Offer: In total 30,000 Coca-Cola Hats to be claimed on a first-come-first-served basis, whilst stocks last. Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Diet Coke and Coca-Cola Hats subject to availability across each retailer store. Offer only available in-store and not online.
  3. To claim the offer, customers must purchase 2 x 2L Bottles of either Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Diet Coke in one transaction from BP Oil UK. Customers will then be offered a free Coca-Cola Hat by the retailer. Maximum of one Hat per transaction.
  4. Eligibility: Offer is available to residents of Great Britain aged 16+ only, except employees of the Promoter and any other companies associated with the promotion.
  5. Start date and closing date: This offer period starts at 00:00 on 02.12.25 and closes at 23:59 on 01.01.26.
  6. In the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control, we reserve the right to void, suspend or cancel the offer where it becomes necessary to do so, or amend or alter the terms of the offer at any time, but we will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
  7. In so far as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer except where it is caused by our negligence or that of our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.
  8. Our decision is final in relation to the offer and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  9. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the offer materials, these terms will prevail.
  10. We reserve the right to verify all claims and to refuse the offer where there are reasonable grounds to believe:
    1. there has been a breach of:
      1. these terms and conditions;
      2. any law; or
      3. any instructions forming part of this offer’s requirements or otherwise;
    2. a participant's conduct is contrary to the spirit or the intention of the offer.
  11. If any provision of these terms and conditions (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions (or part thereof) will remain in full force and effect.
  12. These terms and conditions are governed by relevant English law and you and we agree to only bring legal actions about these terms and conditions in an English court. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.
